Generation “Z” and “Alpha” are budding leaders of tomorrow. They would need skills which are different and non-existent today.
The most important Next Generation skill identified is “Learnability” by industry experts.
In 2018-19, World Economic Forum reflected the concept of learnability, defining it as “the curiosity and the capability of learning new skills in order to remain employed and being successful in the long term”.
At ZenAlpha we are passionate to create a strong foundation of skills for young learners by introducing concepts of Technology and Business to mold “Learnability” as a behavior.
- Technology would be introduced in a simplified way to young learners by helping them build logic, concepts of coding, understand and explore industry terminology in growing fields like cloud, automation and more.
- Fundamentals of Business would enable the young generation to appreciate the commercial structures of the world and help them further progress for a holistic understanding of global business concepts.
ZenAlpha, we would be adopting Best of Breed learnability tools for young children to help them towards career and academic excellence.
The learning experience would be enriched by using online platforms (like Scratch, self-learn subject videos) and teaching methodologies which make learning enjoyable.

Learnability or learning new skills are critical to keeping up with today’s rapid development, according to the World Economic Forum, one needs to spend an average of 4-5 hours a week on actively learning new skills. At ZenAlpha we are fostering learnability for young students to help them adapt and expose them to Next Generations skills
